Limited Lifetime Warranty

M-16parts.com is warranted to the original retail purchaser only for the lifetime of the said original retail purchaser. M-16parts.com will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any M-16parts.com firearm product that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Parts and labor are included. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty.

What is not covered by this warranty?
M-16parts.com will not cover damage to your firearm caused by:
Failure to provide proper care and maintenance
Accidents, abuse, or misuse
Barrel obstruction
Hand loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition
Unauthorized adjustments, alterations, repairs, or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Rust or corrosion
Excessive or unreasonable use
Note: Non-M-16parts.com products available in this catalog are warranted exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms
and conditions packaged with the products. M-16parts.com’s warranty does not apply to non-M-16parts.com products, even if packaged with M-16parts.com product logos.
M-16parts.com will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty. By this we mean any loss, expense, or damages
other than to repair the defects in the firearm or replace the firearm. Under no circumstances shall M-16parts.com be responsible for
incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property arising out of use of hand loaded,
remanufactured, or faulty ammunition, negligence, unsafe handling, unauthorized modifications to the firearm, or any illegal activity involving the use of
products purchased from M-1parts6.com.  Illegal activity meaning, any act or act simulated or action that is deemed illegal in your state, providence, country, county, city, or location.

PERSONAL NOTE:

The Parts you have purchased comprise a High powered Firearm, please treat it as such. Remember proper training, care, handling and maintanence, are key essentials in firearm safety.  They can make the difference in a great experience, or a very bad one.  Treat every firearm as if it were loaded, alot of acidents happen because they thought the firearm was not loaded and the worst happens.

Return Policy
If you have questions about merchandise or need help completing an order, please call 321-356-8570. M-16parts.com staff members will assist you in any way possible. Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days for your choice of exchange, a credit towards your next purchase, or a refund for the purchase price. However, if returned merchandise is not defective there will be a 15% restocking fee.
